Data protection information
Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR in conjunction with the transparency requirements under Art. 12 et seq. GDPR.
We appreciate your interest in our company and our products and services. We want you to feel secure when visiting our website, especially with regard to the protection of your personal data. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. When processing personal data, we comply with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
We want you to know when we collect which data and how we use it. We have implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure that data protection regulations are observed both by us and by external service providers.
Personal data
Personal data means information relating to your identity. This includes, for example, your name, address, telephone number and email address. You do not need to disclose personal data in order to use our website. In certain cases, however, we may require your name, address and further information in order to provide the services you request.
This applies, for example, to the sending of information materials or ordered goods, or to answering individual inquiries. Where this is necessary, we will inform you accordingly. In addition, we only store and process data that you provide to us voluntarily or that is provided automatically.
If you make use of our services, we generally collect only the data required to provide those services. Where we ask you to provide additional data, this information is voluntary. Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of providing the requested service and to protect our legitimate business interests.
Purpose of processing personal data
Our company processes personal data for the purpose of initiating and fulfilling business relationships in accordance with contractual requirements. This includes all categories of data required to fulfill pre-contractual and contractual obligations.
Personal data is only disclosed to third parties where this is necessary to fulfill the business purpose. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties, including third parties in countries with an unclear level of data protection, generally countries outside the EU, that are not involved in fulfilling the business purpose, unless the data subject has given their consent.
The collection, processing and use of personal data is carried out within the scope permitted by law pursuant to Art. 5 and Art. 6 GDPR. Where personal data is collected from the data subject, the data subject has the right to transparent information pursuant to Art. 12 et seq. GDPR and in accordance with Section 32 BDSG.
As a general principle, only information that is necessary for operational purposes and directly related to the purpose of processing is processed and used. The specific requirements for the collection, processing and use of special categories of personal data pursuant to Art. 9 GDPR and Sections 22 et seq. BDSG are observed. Under the GDPR, the processing of sensitive data is permitted only subject to a legal basis or where statutory permission exists.
Purpose-bound use
We will collect, process and use the personal data you provide online only for the purposes communicated to you. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without your necessary consent.
The collection of personal data and its transfer to government institutions and authorities entitled to receive information will take place only within the scope of the applicable laws or where we are required to do so by a court decision. Our employees and the service providers commissioned by us are obliged to maintain confidentiality and comply with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies in some areas. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies help make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Cookies required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions requested by you, for example a shopping cart function, are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies to ensure the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. Where other cookies, for example cookies used to analyze browsing behavior, are stored, these are addressed separately in this Privacy Policy.

We have implemented technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorized access. Rights of data subjects
Pursuant to Art. 15 et seq. GDPR, data subjects have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection to the processing of their data.
Furthermore, pursuant to Art. 13(2)(c) GDPR, data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data with effect for the future where the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. The lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal remains unaffected.
However, withdrawal of consent or failure to provide required data will generally mean that the purpose for which the data was or would have to be collected cannot be fulfilled. Requests to exercise these rights must be made in writing. Please contact us by email.
Erasure of personal data
Personal data will be erased when the purpose for its storage no longer applies and no legal provision, for example statutory retention obligations, requires the data to be retained. The provisions of Art. 17 GDPR in conjunction with Section 35 BDSG apply.
Where erasure is not possible for legal, contractual, commercial or tax reasons, processing of the data may be restricted at the request of the data subject. Requests to exercise this right must be made in writing.
Right to data portability
The company ensures the right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR. Every data subject has the right to receive a copy of their personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
Changes to our data protection provisions
We reserve the right to amend our security and data protection measures where this becomes necessary due to technological developments. In such cases, we will also update our data protection information accordingly. Please therefore refer to the latest version of our Privacy Policy.
